I signed up for Dish new service promotion offering 12,500 Southwest airline miles. It's been 4-1/2 months and I still haven't received the airline miles.

I've called them in February once and March twice trying to get this resolved. Every time I call they tell me to wait. It'll be 8 to 10 weeks. Today I asked for the supervisor and she put me on hold for a few minutes, came back on and said she was transferring me to my account representative and disconnected me before I had a chance to say anything.

I'm sure that I've been marked as a disgruntled customer and am now put on hold forever each time I call. I wish I never signed up with them, I don't like being lied to.

Monetary Loss: $300.
