I cancelled my commitment early and was told I would get a final bill for early cancellation. I have never received a bill and they keep charging my credit card for the early cancellation fee.
Now the issue with that is: my new TV cable company will reimburse me my early cancellation fee is I provide them with a final bill, which I can not get. The automated system says I have no account, no leased equipment and it hangs up on me. I tried new accounts just to be able to talk with someone, and when they get my name and zip code, they hang up on me.
It is $240.00 and they are refusing any help whatsoever. I have tried the phone, the internet and sending a letter.
