After all the hassle With this dish service, I cancelled half way thru my contract,,, could not take anymore bull from them anymore, they changed equipment 5 times, tried not to give me hd which was the main thing i wanted, plus a million other issues, so i cancelled and paid them almost 300 dollars to finalize everything and got a letter they received equipment back in good order, then 2 months later they took more money from my account, first they said it will be refunded after 7 business days, then when i called all pissed of, they said they had no reason to give me my money back, they are thieves, they stole money from me, so now my bank is filing a fraud charge against them for me

I can certainly imagine how frustrated I would be in this position. I would hate for this to leave a bad taste in your mouth.
