Had intermittent freezing of my service loss of communication. Calked them multiple times.
Sent out tech he said it could be a misaligned satellite dish. He realigned dish. Same problem. Cancelled service due to lack of being able to resolve problem.
Talked to cxo in christianburg va. Said problem was software issue. Wanted to give me a receiver with different software which had less options. Alk i want nos is to get my last bilk with termination fee on it.
Turning into real hassle.They did everything in there power to get me not to cancel. Now they are saying to call back in three weeks to get a paper copy.
Will have to call BBB. Do no let them direct bill you!
