Last year I moved to a new house and it was pre-wired for HDMI behind the wall above my fireplace.  When I had dish to setup dish at my house the people from dish who came in were INCOMPETENT and cut the prewired HDMI cable. I contacted Dish and they said they have no option but to break the wall which I was against and so they said they will provide me a wireless HDMI.  I said ok and  they shipped me one.

I could not test it as I did not have a TV.  I got a TV recently and when I tried to use the wireless HDMI it does not work.  It does not even power on.

I have been a loyal customer of DISH for many years but this time DISH really messed it up.  I called Dish and wanted to talk to the manager.  They said a manager would call me but they did not. Dish Network is not helping to resolve this issue. 

Product or Service Mentioned: Dish Network Receiver.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Do not like them at all.
