Since I have had Dish service(2 1/2 months) I have called them several times about how slow it. Told I used up 10 gigs first month it slows down, second month called they add 5 more gigs told everything will be fine.
Again used up by 12th of the month. I don't stream or play games online. Told it is working as designed. No other plan offered.
Pay for the next year or pay $400 cancellation fee. No customer service , no working anything out. won't let me out of contract for poor service.
Sent same to bbb in Colorado . I want out of Dish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
