My phone is not working so I called on Sept. 2, 2014 and was told someone would
be out the following day (today). No one showed up so I called again today and
was told someone would be out on Sept. 9th. That means another week without
a phone. I cannot be without a phone for another week. This is the most terrible
service I have ever had. Surely there are phone people around. I have a heart
condition and I need my phone in case I have an emergency. If someone does
not come out today or tomorrow, I will have to go back and bundle with Xfinity.
This cannot be happening. I was told when I signed up that Dish had excellent
