i ordered their service with a list of specific channels my family likes to watch,i was yes,yes yes all those will be included in their basic package after they installes the dish 90% of the channels we spoke about were not there,i inmidiately called all i got was a bunch of im sorry.they tried to upgrade to the package at twice the original cost,so i cANCELLED.not 24 hours had passed.they wre cooperative and sent me a box to return their equipment and i did so.here in march they charge my c.card 420.00 for early termination fee.i called to complaint,they sais too bad but we are not reimbursing your credit card.probably the ruddest service i have ever encountered,i filed acomplaint with bbb in denver colorado and a dispute with my ccard comp.

Monetary Loss: $420.
