Recently, after a few years of terrible service and escalation charges, I disconnected DISH. The customer service was atrocious and the system restarted at least once a day.

They never did fix it. As I was talked in to placing the account on hold for a couple of months for a minimal fee, I was told my technical problems were because of down level equipment. Go figure, they replaced the equipment 3 times, with the same.

When I finally called to terminate, I was told I will receive a return kit. I will need to return the receiver/DVR, the remote and a piece from the SAT dish.

I asked them how I am to get on a three story roof and remove something from the SAT antennae. I was told that it was in the contract and I am responsible.

The final insult from a very poor product. What A Piece Of Garbage Company!

If you can’t reach your dish safely then you don’t have to return the lnbf (the part on the dish)
