We have been loyal costumers for years. We had a dish installed in our new home then found out after 2 years of service at our new home our DISH was only picking up 1 of the 2 DISH satellites therefore we were only getting 1/2 of the channels we were paying for.

They offered us a credit each month to keep us as costumers.

It was an amazing offer so we decided to try it. However that proved to be a headache in itself have to call each month and go thru the long hold and having to explain the issue everytime. Then it became a huge headache to cancel the service, they always want to talk you into staying but only offer good affordable deals to NEW customers.

How about rewarding your longstanding loyal costumers?

I wanted to cancel for years only kept this horrible service for my husband. We are now happy owners of a Fire Stick and HULU TV and save almost $175 a month.
