i just found out one of their installers laced the cable from the dish DOWN MY CHIMNEY AND INTO MY FIREPLACE.

my cockroach tenant had the account so they cannot make a repair order as it was cancelled

without a doubt the STUPIDEST customer service folks i EVER spoke with. one of the dummies kept telling me i needed the account number. FOUR TIMES i told her the account was closed and she said "oh, then we can't do anything". whata bunch of retards they are

The cabling and antenna belongs to the account holder. If your tenant approved the installation, and you do not have it written in your contract with your tenant, that would make you the "retard" for not protecting your assets. This is between you and your tenant.
