My mother ordered the Tailgaiter satelitte system for her camper. It would not work properly and they would not assist in set up.
She did everything she could to return it before 30 days, but Dish would not send the return info to her. She called multiple time to get it.
After the 30 days the operator told her that there was record of her calling so many times, but no one did anything so she basically told my mother that Dish screwed her over and she was out $400. They wont even let her speak to a manager.
