So I switched to a different company cause I went with a more affordable place. There is not an option to cancel online.

When I call to cancel, they say the wait time is 55 minutes!! Really, I never wait for them 55 minutes. They’re always so quick. So after 26 minutes, I hang up and call back for a regular customer service rep.

THe lady says she has to transfer me and the wait is 1-2 minutes. I laughed and said, oh really... okay... it’s been 19 minutes now....

THEY WONT LET YOU CANCEL!!! Seems like a scary movie here...

Univision removed themselves off Dish, so call times are high right now due to the number of people calling in.
