I left Time warner for Dish last July 2013. and it was the worst mistake!I have had terrible service with Dish who will replace a third receiver in a little more than a year.
Even if you pay for premium channels,you won't get any on demand! Today, I found out that a technician whom I scheduled for service(9-19-2014) was not coming until tomorrow!In other words, they lied to me.
I would not schedule
appointment on Sat.between 12 to 5 because I go to church at 5.30!A supervisor(Daniel) refused to send a technician for Today! Their voice-mail is the worst.Jacqueline Fergione
