U have lost all signal due to a storm we had and nothing else has fix the problem. Luke resetting the receiver calling and talking to someone it takes over a week for someone to get to the house have to make an appointment for a week later which I think is stupid every month I pay for the insurance for someone to come to the house if there's a problem and then they want to charge me one time $10 fee very ridiculous
