Yes, moron told me that I need to wait until ice and snow melts. I bet that will happen fast at subzero!

They put the dish up in a bad position last time they came to change out equipment.

I had never had issues in the 13 years prior. They should provide the service of getting the ice out since they have the tall ladders.

The problem here is(and there are a couple) you own the antenna and cabling. Where they put it is really of no significance as it is your responsibility, including maintenance. And as you call him a “moron”, it should be noted that he was correct, and that you may actually be the moron.
