Not resolved

Three months ago I switched from Dish to Xfinity. I called to cancel, they wouldn't cancel instead I was told to put the account on pause for $5.00 /month until my contract was up then I wouldn't have to pay a cancellation fee.

Another month goes by and I call to get my boxes, nope well your contract is up on Oct./Nov 2017. Ok, now it's November 14 and they are still not letting me cancel saying putting it on pause didn't take away from my contract!!WTF I'll pay the *&$#ing cancellation fee, end it.

I had to have my father who's a retired FBI agent call!! That's bad business lying to your customers!
