A few months back someone claiming to be from Dish Network called me to see if I wanted to upgrade receiver to HD. After talking to them for almost 2 hours, I was setup to upgrade my receiver. Later, I found out that I was added as a new customer instead of an existing customer. Then I started receiving two bills per month. Initially, I thought it was an oversight from them and expected them to fix it automatically. But they did not. They kept charging me twice for the same service. I called them up many times and one of them even told me that there was some mess up with the account and he would file a complaint to the upper management. Still no one fixed it. Last time when I talked to the supervisor, he was telling me that all charges were legitimate and that I had agreed to be added as a new customer at the time of upgrade.
Did anyone face this problem ? Any ideas how I can get this resolved ?
