We canceled service with a 85 credit due to us.At that time , we were told we would receive back a credit with 30 days of returning equipment, which we did after waiting 2 weeks for boxes.
It's now going on 4 to 5 months and still no credit back to us. Just spoke to them again and they have no record of us requesting to refund us a credit, even though this is the 3rd call and each call was promissed we would see it the refund within 10 days. How is this even a question? this is the 3rd or 4th call to them over the last several months.
I'm waiting now again to see what happens.
I asked for a confirmation and they can't give us one.the only thing is to call and to keep calling till they finally come up with the money i guess.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $100.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
