continued to lie and lay blame for very poor service on everything until a service rep spilled the beans saying the equipment was obsolete, and the satellite had been over sold and a new contract with a sign up for three years would solve our problem. We cancelled everything sent the equipment back via UPS and were warned that the company was scaming the customers stating they had never received the returned equipment.

Our tv was pre paid into May our service was cut off requiring several calls were informed they were charging for non- return of the equipment. We tracked thru UPS and learned they had signed for the return over a month earlier.

Had we not been warned they would have been firm in stating they had not gotten the equipment returned. I have demanded an apology credit for lost service and have not gotten a response.
