I have nothing but signal trouble with Dish and every time I have a tech come out they tell my I have to cut down my trees. If they told me that prior to installing it I would have sent them away and stayed with cable.

The last tech that was here decided to remount the dish because he didn't like the way the installer mounted it even though it has been there for nearly 2 years. Now, I can't get all the channels that I used to receive. What a RIPOFF!!!

Every time I go to there website, the chat line is always unavailable and they never respond to any email. I am switching back to cable.
