they told me, they would give me top 120, keep my hbo and sho, and throw in cinemax. now, im being billed for all this, and they make excuses. saying i need to give them a wad of money, to "even it up" so to speak. even it up?
well, i told them i do now, for sure, want to cancel. so they put me in cue, and, after three minutes, i loose conection. i try and try. as soon as i say i want to cancel, they tell me they will be right back.
and, same thing.
and, each month, my bill gets bigger and bigger. what to do?
