called about their service - quoted one price then went to confirmation and it was way higher. told to cancel.
they still did a credit check & did it as a HARD hit which stays on file for 2years most phone companies, etc do SOFT hits. they sent me an email confirming if i was interested in future to call them. then the next day Hughes network charged my CC. they would not return my calls.
then they had the nerved to send an installer to my house 2 days later & waste his time.!!! if they treat their subcontracted employees this way i understand now.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
