First, since day one that I had service activated, my bedroom tv has not worked. Call in to tech support could not resolve it.
They said it seemed to be in the wiring. asked to have it fixed. Tech said that since I didn't sign up for mainteance package it would be $95.00 to send out the tech. mean while when the installer was there he told me he was on the job for a week.
He was by himself. I asked if he did this before he said no. Getting back to the problem I never had service in my bedroom. Then 2 months later I stop getting local channel 4.
called asked what was going on they said give it a week. If not fixed call back, which I did and I want out my contract. I was whiched to a even more meaner lady, Before i new it my service was turned off and was told that my credit card was getting hit for $420.00. Then she hung up.
Looking to find out what I need to do to file a complaint. Please can someone help me out with this Thank you
