Your single complain did not resolve till 5 days which they promise to solve within 1 day. They will charge you for any single issue as there will be nothing wrong happen at your end.

They will charge you for disk alignment issue while same is setup by their technicians only. They will not bother about your issues and complains. They do not know their work properly and finding excused notto do work.

Their senior department is also same and doing nothing. They do not care about customers problems.

You own the antenna. Once installed, it’s maintenance is your responsibility. Judging by your attempt at the english language, I am also assuming you did not actually read the agreement, either.
