We moved 1 mile away from the best internet service (Comcast) we have ever had and into a location where only Dish Network is available. It is like our service reversed back to stone age type service.

It is UNGODLY slow, they limit you to 50 gb a month before they slow your down which is generally within 5 days of service reset and do not provide chat customer service for issues. You have to call them and spend a stupid amount of time on the phone.

I cannot wait until we get a new provider in this area or hot spot service becomes more affordable. We will dump Dish the first chance we get!

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Figure out better service options for your customers. Service would be far cheaper and superior 1 mile outside of our location. We are being taken advantage of due to lack of competition..

I liked: Tv service only.

I didn't like: Ungodly slow internet, Data limit on internet.

The issue has not been resolved and the service remains horrendous. I cannot wait until we are able to switch to a different carrier.
